Please note!

Arrival: On the day of your arrival the rooms are at your disposal from 3 pm onwards. If you are arriving after 8 pm please send us a quick message.

Departure: We request you to leave the room by 11 am.

Equipment: All rooms are equipped with telephone, radio and satellite TV (30 channels).

Rooms: Please note that deviations from the photos and sketches printed here are possible in the room categories. We ask for your understanding that there is no right to reserve a particular room number or floor. However, we are happy to receive your requests and make every effort to bear them in mind .

Single Room supplement in double rooms EUR 30.00. In Hoher Riffler, Galzig and Malfon categories 50 %.

Dogs are permitted on request. Your four-legged friend is not allowed in the restaurant, the spa complex or on recliners.Due to the additional cleaning required, we charge a final-cleaning flat rate of EUR 30,00.

Payment: Cash and travellers’ cheques, bank cards with Maestro function if no PIN-Code and withdrawal limit. For porterage costs, external accounts such as ski passes, hire of mountain bikes etc. we have to charge the discount – currently 2%.

Half-board and Full-board: Should you not wish to make use of our restaurant service on any particular evening, we shall credit your room account with € 8.00 per person/per evening. The skier’s cold buffet and lunch buffet are always included in the price .

We are unable to give further discounts on Last-Minute Offers.

Short and Weekend bookings can only be considered at short notice (on inquiry). 

Cancellation Fee: The cancellation of a reservation is possible up to four weeks before departure date. Within four weeks to one week before departure date three days unoccupancy fee (=50% of the boarding price) is charged. Less than a week we charge an unoccupancy fee for the whole booking period. In the case of early departure up to a maximum of three days unoccupancy fee is charged.
