Meet the Gridlon Team:

Head Chef Günther Lindorfer
Your culinary well being rests in the capable hands of head chef Günther Lindorfer. After his apprenticeship as a cook at the toque award-winning restaurant Schafellner in Haag and the best restaurants of Austria, such as the famous Steirereck in Vienna, Günther joined the team of the Hotel Gridlon in 1994. He worked as a sous chef under head chef Christian Lieglein. Two years later, in 1996, he assumed the post of head chef.
