The Fitness hotel offer extends from the gentle morning aerobic session, through Tai Bo, aquarobics or Nordic walking in the fresh mountain air to individual training (personal training) with training plan.
Aquarobics
Body weight is reduced by the buoyancy of the water and the intensity of training is heightened by the resistance of the water.
Progressive Muscle Relaxation
Conscious tensing and relaxing of individual parts of the body result in improved relaxation of the muscles.
Stretching
Stretching exercises for the whole body to maintain the suppleness of the muscular system and ligaments.

Nordic Walking
Nordic walking is full body training for everyone. As with other types of sport, suitable equipment is also required for Nordic walking in order to be able to apply the technique correctly and to structure one’s training effectively. Nordic walking increases stamina and, as well as the legs, effectively exercises the various muscles of the upper body, improves movement in the shoulder and neck areas, releases tension and, in addition, helps the circulation.
