- Daily rates are in Euro and are per person and per night, local tax not included:
- winter € 1,80 per day
- summer € 1,10 per day
- Rooms: All of our rooms are non-smoking and equipped with a telephone and cable TV. Please note that the actual rooms in each of the categories may differ from the picture and sketches printed here. For sketches of our room and room combinations please visit our website. Please understand that you are not entitles to reserve a certain room number or floor. However, we will gladly consider your request and make every effort to comply with them.
- Single room surcharge for a double room € 30, or 50% for the categories Kaiserjoch, Hoher Riffler, Galzig and Malfon
- 3rd person in a double room 30% of the daily rate
- Occupation and vacation of room: as of 3 pm on the day of arrival and as of 11 am on the day of departure.
- Reservation for short stays and weekends can only be considered on short notice based on availability.
- Children's rate: Staying in their parent's room (two adults paying in full) – per night including Gridlon half-board– children are entitled to a discount at the Hotel Gridlon in the Arlberg massif in Tyrol, Austria.

- Dogs and pets: on demand dogs are gladly accepted. Final cleaning fee € 30,00, no pet food included. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the restaurant, the wellness & spa area or the sunbathing lawn.
- Internet: Highspeed XDSL
(Wireless-LAN in the hotel lobby) for a fee - Half board: Should you not take advantage of our culinary offer in the evening, we will the credit you room bill for € 8 per person/evening. The snack for skiers is always included in the price.
- Methods of payment: cash or by traveler’s checks, cash card with Maestro function without PIN and limit. For porter expenses, external bills such as ski passes, mountain bike rentals, etc. we have to charge an additional fee.
